Making a call Empty Making a call

Is anybody else experiencing this issue...at times when I place a call I can here it dialing on my end but have discovered it is not ringing on the receivers end. This has happen 4 -5 times and the only way to fix it seems to be a hard reset. Other than that issue everything else seems to perform ok
