Can't qualify my BYOD LG tribute Empty Can't qualify my BYOD LG tribute

I have a Virgin mobile LG tribute. I put in my my MEID number but it comes back and says:  "sorry your BYOD phone does not qualify."  Why does it do this if the LG tribute is listed as a approved BYOD phone by freedompop?  The LG tribute is listed on the Freedompop 02/04/2015 approved BYOD list?
