Default Settings cheat sheet? Empty Default Settings cheat sheet?

Is there a doc that lists the default / correct settings for the Freedom Messaging App?

I have been playing around with the settings trying to make this thing work better than 50% of the time.  Just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something when I am putting the configs back.
