I bought MIFI and the phone

With the MIFI , it was good but it kept disconnecting for no reason if i moved from first floor to another had to reset it , did any one of you had this problem too ?
about the phone , oh my , where to start , lol .everything was wrong lol , the shipping , the software only good part was the hardware which was if you were lucky you would have received a good phone without scratches.
well its improving that is the good part , so lets get this going....
